DEM Renews Permit for Capping Former Landfill

AP Enterprises has been granted permission to continue recapping a former Portsmouth landfill in Island Park, according to the local blog Hard Deadlines. 

Hard Deadlines reports the state Department of Environmental Management has renewed AP Enterprises' permit to recap the former landfill for another 12 months.
