Portsmouth Free Public Library invites you to our 2011 "Tasting in Portsmouth" fundraising event at the Library, 2658 East Main Road, on Friday, October 14 from 7 PM to 9 PM. Visit with your Portsmouth neighbors as you enjoy beer, wine, and restaurant specialties from local businesses. This fun event gives a peak at the many fine establishments that the area has to offer its residents and provides additional funding to support library services. An auction will start at 8:30 PM. Library Association members are $20.00 per person, non-members $25 per person. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Library starting October 1 or at the door the night of the “Tasting”.
