Bullying: What Is It in 2012 & What We Can Do About It

Bullying , a subject that's been in the news quite  a bit lately with frightening consequences, will be examined and discussed in presentation at Portsmouth Middle School for Portsmouth Parents( Adults only) on Jan. 24, from 6-8 PM. Lt. John Reis, retired Providence Police Dept., is a recognized regional and national expert on the subject. Lt. Reis will presentt a program to parents in a very down to earth straight forward manner that will look at this behavior in light of modern technology such as texting and Internet as well as ways we can prevent and intervene etc.

Don't miss this very important, free, event being sponsored by the Portsmouth Parents' Group in cooperation with the Portsmouth School Dept.

For more information please contact Lawrence Hill, Portsmouth Middle School Student Assistance at 849-3700 or Ray Davis, Portsmouth Parents' Group Facilitator, at 864-2015.
