Computer Classes at Portsmouth Free Public Library

Portsmouth Free Public Library will be offering computer classes with hands-on instruction and handouts.  The first series of classes will help you build your skills with Microsoft Excel. These classes will help you create a workbook, apply formulas, format data, and visually analyze the results. Excel classes will meet on Mondays, July 23, July 30, and August 6.  All classes will start at 10 AM and end at noon.

The second series of classes will build your skills with PowerPoint.  You will learn how to do an effective presentation by enhancing your slides with charts, diagrams, photos and videos, and then broadcasting your presentation.  PowerPoint classes will meet on Mondays, August 20, September 10 and September 17.  All classes will start at 10 AM and end at noon.

These classes are funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) grant.  You may sign up for one or all of the classes.  Class size is limited so please call the Library at 683-9457 or stop by to register.
