Historical Society's Annual Harvest Social

On Sunday, October 17 at 2 p.m., the Portsmouth Historical Society will hold its Annual Harvest Social.  The social will be preceded by a guest speaker, Ray Rickman who will discuss antique books and provide information on how books are valued.  He will appraise books brought in by attendees, limited to three books per person at no charge.  The Harvest Social will follow his presentation.  Enjoy apple, cranberry, or pumpkin dessert and cider.  Adults are $3 per person, children ages four to 10 are $1. Children under four are free. Baked goods will also be available for purchase.
