In the week-long 100% hands-on cooking class we’ll explore and prepare dishes inspired by our own diverse American cuisines - Cajun & Creole, Southwest, New England, Southern and California Fresh. Each day we’ll make a 3-course meal completely from scratch, emphasizing the use of healthy, sustainable and local ingredients. Children will learn about recipes, ingredients, food & kitchen safety, knife skills, healthy eating and teamwork – all while having fun! Each child will leave with their own Recipe Binder that can grow with them as they add their own favorite recipes to the ones we learn at Cooking Camp.
