The Portsmouth Parents’ Group will be hosting a presentation on the topic of cutting - self injury, the risks and emotional dangers associated with this health risk to young people. Peter Letendre, MA, CAGS, LMHC, LCDP, a licensed psychotherapist who practices in Portsmouth, will be the presenter.
This is a free group for all Portsmouth adult residents who are parents, regardless of where your children attend school. It is a facilitated group discussion to explore, learn, lend help and find out about available resources to support young people in making healthy choices. Sponsored by the Portsmouth School Department in cooperation with the Portsmouth Parents Helping Students Organization. Meetings are facilitated by Ray Davis, Certified Prevention Specialist Supervisor.
