Sakonnet River Kayak/Surfski Race

This is the annual kayak and surfski race sponsored by Stellar Kayaks and Surfskis along with the website SurfskiRacing.com. Race Director and owner of SurfskiRacing.com is Wesley Echols of Portsmouth.  See SurfskiRacing.com for all details.  Race is for experienced paddlers only.  The race starts and ends at McCorrie Point.  The out and back course is to a buoy off 3rd Beach which is 11 miles long and takes the fastest paddlers under 2 hours to complete.
