URI Master Gardener Mary Mason, a Master Gardener since 2002 and the former owner of Garden Gear in Middletown, will do a seed starting demonstration at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, April 3 at Portsmouth Free Public Library. You will learn some helpful hints for successfully starting and nurturing vegetable and flower seeds indoors so you will have your new seedlings ready to go into the garden in late spring.
This program is free and open to the public. Space is
