Kyle Hence, Portsmouth's newly appointed Recycling Coordinator, was our guest on last Friday's edition of Portsmouth this Week. Hence discussed continuing efforts to improve the Portsmouth recycling rate, the "single stream" recycling program and upcoming events on Earth Day (tomorrow) to publicize the need for more recycling and to mark the beginning of a competition with other local communities for the best recycling record.
