Firefighters Rescue Cat Stuck in Tree for Three Days

The cat, Loco, was brought down safely thanks to Portsmouth firefighters.

A cat named Loco earned his name Tuesday in Portsmouth after firefighters plucked him from a tree with the help of a donated lift.

The Portsmouth Fire Department usually doesn’t rescue cats stuck in trees, but on Tuesday, the department did just that after Loco reportedly had been stuck in the tree going on three days.

Jamie Freitas, owner of Conner Rental and Depaul Deisel, donated the lift.
