Former Portsmouth Resident To Be Named Indianapolis Colts' General Manager

Ryan Grigson, who previously lived in Common Fence Point, is expected to be named general manager for the Colts' football team.

Former Portsmouth resident and former Detroit Lions' player Ryan Grigson is expected to be named new general manager for the Indianapolis Colts, ESPN reported Wednesday. 

Grigson, who previously resided in Common Fence Point, was reportedly in Indianapolis on Tuesday to interview for the position a second time, according to ESPN. 

The 39-year-old currently serves as the director of player personnel for the Philadelphia Eagles. He was a sixth-round draft pick (175th overall) in the 1995 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals after playing football at Purdue University.
