Free Electronic Waste Drop-off at the Mount Hope Farmers Market

Indie Cycle will be at Mount Hope Farm (250 Metacom Ave in Bristol) this Sat, Jan 10th, from 9am-1pm, collecting your old electronic waste!

Indie Cycle is a woman-owned family business based in Charlestown, RI with a mission to recycle unwanted electronics responsibly, and to educate and encourage more people to recycle. Indie Cycle will accept electronic items in any quantity, shape, size, age or condition, including computers & computer parts and accessories, televisions (LCD and CRT), cellphones, cables, plugs, cords, auto/marine & rechargeable batteries, audio/visual equipment, stereos, remote controls, printers, office equipment, power tools, kitchen appliances--anything with a wire! They will also accept air conditioners, dehumidifiers, small refrigerators and freezers as long as they are not actively leaking. (A $10 disposal fee is charged for all freon containing appliances.) They do not accept any type of light bulb or disposable single use alkaline batteries, furniture, mattresses, or hazardous materials, such as paint and firearms.
