Greenvale Vineyards Jazzes it Up for Kids

held its 12th annual Jazz for Kids concert on Thursday at the vineyard on Wapping Road as part of Newport's Winter Festival.

Dozens of parents enjoyed free wine samples while children of all ages listened to songs presented by Yvonne Monnett on keyboard, Dick Lupino on bass and vocalist Tish Adams.

The songs were performed with a jazzy feel, but featured some well-known children's favorites from "Puff, the Magic Dragon" to the "Sesame Street" opening theme.
