"I Survived the Dive" Sweatshirts to Be Distributed At Beach House

Polar Dive to End 375 participants who have collected or donated at least $100 to the 375th fund will be able to turn in their donations/pledge forms and collect their Polar Dive sweatshirts after the dive at the Kenny's Beach House after-dive party. Come down to join or cheer your neighbors as they take the plunge for a good cause - the Portsmouth Library History Center project. The dive is open to all brave souls but you can participate officially in one of three ways: 1. Donate using the pledge form and join the dive at the beach; 2. Get friends to pledge and donate funds for you to go in the water; and 3. Don't get wet at all but support the 375th fund by donating (minimum of $100 is suggested) to the fund.
Everyone who donates $100 is entitled to a "I Survived the Dive" sweatshirt, especially designed for the final Portsmouth 375th Anniversary Celebration event.
We will have a bonfire on the beach, tended by the Portsmouth Fire Department, so regardless of the outside temperature, we'll have somewhere to warm up.
If you cannot participate, come on down to Island Park Beach at 12 noon on Tuesday, 31 December, to cheer your neighbors on.
