Kudos to Portsmouth's Public Works Department!

You have to be impressed when Portsmouth gets almost a foot of snow at night and most roads have been plowed by early morning. My thanks to Dave Kehew and all his DPW guys and contractors for doing a great job, and to John Klimm and the Town Council for authorizing the expenses. Maybe the folks in Atlanta should come up here for snow removal lessons?
