Life of the Mind Salon: Robert Dowling
Author Robert Dowling, will speak on his new book, Eugene O'Neill: A Life in Four Acts on October 14 from 5:30-7:00pm at the Redwood Library
The 2015 Fall Life of the Mind Salon Series continues on October 14 with author Robert Dowling, who will speak on his new book, Eugene O’Neill: A Life in Four Acts. Eugene O’Neill was a renowned American playwright and Nobel Laureate in Literature.
Robert Dowling is a professor of English at Central Connecticut State University. Dowling is the author of several books, including his critically acclaimed biography Eugene O’Neill: A Life in Four Acts, which was a Los Angeles Times Book Prize Finalist. He has published articles in The Daily Beast, The Huffington Post, Drunken Boat, andThe Eugene O’Neill Review, among other publications. Dowling serves on the editorial board of The Eugene O’Neill Review and the board of directors of the Eugene O’Neill Society.
