The Newport County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Portsmouth's newest business to the community on Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. 

New Horizon Chiropractic and Wellness, located at 934 East Main Road inside the same plaza as the Green Grocer, officially opened its doors on Thursday.

The practice is operated by Misty Kosciusko, who specializes in clinical nutrition. This is Kosciusko's first practice.
