PHOTOS: Portsmouth High School's 2011 Graduates Shine Under Stormy Skies

's 216 graduates can now call themselves alumni after completing the 2011 commencement ceremony under stormy skies Friday night.

The two-hour ceremony was disrupted only briefly by a passing rain cloud, but nothing could damper the spirits of the graduates as they got their diplomas and embarked on the next chapter of their lives.
