PHOTOS: Portsmouth High Students Bring Back '70s, '80s Fashions on First School Day

As the 2011-2012 school years gets underway, fashion trends stay the same, as they were in the 1970s and 1980s.

Snapbacks, gladiator sandles, "skater" wear and jeans were all seen Thursday, the first day of school for students at . 

However, the biggest trend seems to be the flashback to the 70s and 80s, when folk dresses flowed in the wind and Madonna honed the perfect off the shoulder look.
