Police Log: DUIs, Pot Found outside Cumberland Farms
The following arrests and incidents were reported by Portsmouth Police. They do not indicate a conviction.

DUIs
Portsmouth Police charged Scott Douglas Pascua, 39, of 16 Cranston Ave., Newport, with driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test Aug. 18 at 2:24 a.m.
Police said Pascua was stopped after reports of an erratic driver on East Main Road and an officer on patrol ultimately clocked him driving 69 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Police said Pascua failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody without incident.

On Aug. 16, police charged Sarah Kirsten Anderson, 43, of 130 Underwood St., Fall River, Mass., with driving under the influence, refusing a chemical test and felony narcotics possession.
Police said a passing motorist flagged down an officer on patrol on East Main Road to report an erratic driver.

That driver was Anderson, police said, and the officer watched her drift over the fog line several times.
Police said Anderson failed a field sobriety test and later, at police headquarters, police found a small bag of cocaine in her pocketbook.
On Aug. 13, police charged Kevin Peter Christofaro, 25, of 903 Providence Place., Providence, with driving under the influence after he allegedly crashed into portable highway sign on the center island near the Hummock Road on and off ramps at Route 24.
Police said they responded to the crash and found Christofaro, who said he was coming from the Carnegie Abbey and fell asleep while driving home.
He failed a field sobriety test at the scene and later refused a chemical test at police headquarters.
Police said the sign was a variable message sign belonging to the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority.
FOUND MARIJUANA
A Portsmouth patrol officer found a small bag of marijuana on the ground outside Cumberland Farms on Aug. 14 at around 5:40 p.m.
The officer reported noticing the bag on the ground while walking out of the store. The bag was tagged as evidence at police headquarters.
WARRANTS
Police charged Charles Daniel Reeves, 34, of 127 Brown St., Fall River, Mass., with a warrant and driving with a suspended license Aug. 17 at 12:36 a.m.
Police charged Neal Anthony Rancourt, 48, of 36 Cedar Ave., Portsmouth, with a Superior Court bench warrant Aug. 18 at 5:50 p.m.
Police charged Alexis Gomez, 31, of 108 Reney St., Fall River, Mass., with a warrant Aug. 15 at 1:22 a.m.
