Police Log: Man Arrested for Failing to Relinquish Telephone
Officers arrest Flint Corn Road resident after verbal argument with Portsmouth woman.

Tony Fonseca, 32, of Flint Corn Road, was arrested at his home Wednesday around 10:30 p.m.
According to police, a 50-year-old Portsmouth woman reported that a verbal argument took place at the residence.
At one point during the arguement, Fonseca allegedly grabbed the telephone from the victim and threw it against the wall.

Fonseca was charged with refusal to relinquish the telephone, domestic.
He was held overnight at the Portsmouth Police Department pending arraignment in district court.
