Police Log: Officers Arrest Two on Warrants This Weekend
Police arrest two individuals this weekend on outstanding warrants.

The following is a list of arrests made by the Portsmouth Police Department from Saturday, Aug. 28, through Monday, Aug. 30. The information provided is based solely on police reports.
- Guy Cloutier, 35, of Bristol, was arrested Saturday at approximately 6:30 p.m. Cloutier was wanted on a bench warrant issued by Second District Court for failure to appear at an ability to pay hearing. Cloutier was arrested following a traffic stop on East Main Road near the Food Works restaurant. The vehicle was stopped for allegedly speeding. Upon a routine check of the vehicle, police discovered that a passenger, Cloutier, was wanted on a bench warrant.
- Albert M. Albert, 44, of Pawtucket, was arrested Saturday at 11:45 p.m. following a traffic stop on East Main Road at Sandy Point Avenue. Albert, whose name is reported correctly here, was wanted on a bench warrant issued by Sixth District Court for failure to appear at a hearing on a suspended license charge. The vehicle, operated by Albert, was stopped Saturday evening after the vehicle was seen traveling over the road's center double lines, police said.
