Police Log: Portsmouth Man Allegedly Violates No-Contact Order
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
A Portsmouth man was arrested Saturday after allegedly violating a no-contact order.
, 23, of 72 Russell Ave., was arrested around 1:45 a.m.
spotted Zabaleta on Park Avenue at Cedar Avenue with a 22-year-old Portsmouth female. Police say they were aware of a no-contact order between Zabaleta and the woman.

The two apparently entered a vehicle, which was later stopped by police.
Zabaleta was arrested at the scene and charged with violating a no-contact order, domestic. He was later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI).
