Police Log: Portsmouth Man Arrested as Fugitive of Justice
Police arrest Dale Harkin, who was wanted on a fugitive of justice warrant for the charge of felony assault.
Dale Harkin, 27, of 10 First St., Portsmouth, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 16, at noon at his residence.
Harkin was wanted on a fugitive of justice warrant, which was issued from Fall River, MA, according to police. Harkin was wanted on the original charge of felony assault.
Officers responded to his residence Thursday and placed Harkin in custody.

Harkin pleaded "not guilty" at his arraignment held Thursday in Second District Court. He is being held without bail.
