Police Log: Portsmouth Man Arrested on Warrant
Officers arrest a man early Friday morning on a warrant issued for failure to appear, ability to pay.
Marc Sanford, 23, of 87 Dighton Ave., Portsmouth, was arrested Friday at approximately 1:45 a.m. in the area of Common Fence Point.
A Portsmouth police officer observed Sanford exiting a vehicle on Rhode Island Boulevard. The officer was aware of Sanford's warrant.
The suspect was wanted on a warrant issued by Sixth District Court for failure to appear at an ability to pay hearing.
