, 43, of 75 Gormley Ave., Portsmouth, was arrested Friday, June 1, at 7:40 p.m.

Harkin was wanted on a Second District Court bench warrant for failure to appear at an ability-to-pay hearing.
He was arrested at his home and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions.

Massachusetts man arrested on warrants
, 21, of Raynham, MA, was arrested on Sunday, June 3, at 4 p.m. near on Park Avenue.
Souza was wanted on two Sixth District Court bench warrants. He was also wanted on an affidavit arrest warrant, which was issued by Providence police.
Portsmouth police received information that Souza was sitting on a bench near Flo's Clam Shack. Souza was arrested and later turned over to the custody of Providence police.
