According to the Go Fund Me page, the house is a total loss.

Jamie Weaver said the hope is the cat did survive.

"It means a lot how much this town has been showing support and helping," Weaver told Patch. "I was born and raised here and my family is so grateful for the community reaching out like it has."

According to the Go Fund Me page, the family "has not even the simplest of items that we take for granted every day. They lost everything--all clothes, food, cherishables, essentials etc."
