Portsmouth Golfer Needs Your Vote for Cox Sports Award

The Cox RI Sports Awards Committee has named Jake Bauer of Portsmouth as a 2012 Spring Scholar-Athlete Nominee.

However, Bauer needs your votes to win! 

Bauer has been nominated for an award in the golf category. Students, fans, teammates and others are encouraged to vote by visiting http://www.risportsawards.com.

The winners will be revealed at the sixth annual Cox RI Sports Awards, presented by the RI National Guard, on June 13 at the Rhode Island Convention Center. 

Portsmouth resident and will be the special guest. 

The 2012 Spring Scholar-Athlete nominees were selected by coaches and athletic directors from the Rhode Island Interscholastic League and the Cox RI Sports Awards Committee.
