Portsmouth Hiring Civilian Dispatchers

If you’re over 21, have a high school diploma or GED and can think fast on your feet, there’s a potential job waiting for your with the town as a civilian dispatcher for the Portsmouth Fire Department.

The town is accepting applications for the position, which is ideal for someone with technical and computer skills and “must meet established departmental medical standards.”

Applications are required and available during the week from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the finance/personnel office at Portsmouth Town Hall, 2200 East Main Road.
