Portsmouth Man Goes Missing

PORTSMOUTH, RI — Portsmouth police have asked for the public's help finding a man who has been missing for several days.

Police said Luke Benoit, 31, was last seen Tuesday afternoon in the area of Boyd's Lane and may be in danger. According to police, Benoit made "concerning statements" to family members before going missing.

Benoit was wearing a gray Adidas t-shirt and a gray baseball cap when he went missing.

Police said Benoit is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and has a medium build, dark brown hair, a beard and a forearm tattoo that says "Carter" and "Emilia."
