Portsmouth Middle School Names Citizens of the Month
These students are Citizens of the Month for February, the school said.

PORTSMOUTH, RI—Here are the Citizens of the Month at Portsmouth Middle School for February. According to the staff, citizenship "is measured by eight key values: integrity, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, love of country, civic duty, and work ethic."
