The Portsmouth Pirates U15 girls won the RI State Championship Sunday, 5/18/2014. They beat Bayside in the final game, after 2 overtime periods and 5 penalty kicks. They will move on to represent RI in the US Youth Soccer Region 1 Championships at URI, June 26-July 1. The are the only town team to make it to regionals! Way to go Pirates!
