Portsmouth Woman Scratches $37,000 Lottery Win

She will use the money to offset her children's college costs.

If you see Shannon Craft of Portsmouth around town, be sure to give her a some congrats.

Craft, the mother of two college-bound children, won $37,000 playing a Rhode Island Lottery instant ticket game.

The Lottery Commission said Craft plans to use the money to pay for her children's education.

And with the cost of higher education these days, Craft is lucky indeed!
