Project Blue Star Celebrates 4th of July in Portsmouth, RI

Project Blue Star celebrates the 4th of July by placing a wreath and plantingmaintaining the gardens at the WWI Monument (Portsmouth Town Hall) and the Donald Sisson Monument (Portsmouth High School).  The wreath was created by Carlone’s Florist and the planted flowers are from Island Garden Shop.  Remember to thank a Veteran!
