RI State Representative Linda Finn (District 72 – Middletown and Portsmouth) successfully sponsored a $1000.00 legislative grant request last year for the Portsmouth Free Public Library to use in increasing the availability of digital access (purchasing more computers) for library users, in conjunction with the library’s 375th History Project. This morning Representative Finn delivered the check to Portsmouth Library Director, Carolyn Magnus.
