Tiverton Police Release Photos Of 'Person of Interest' In Fatal Collision
After surveillance footage at a business situated in the area of a June 15 crash that killed a 74-year-old local man showed a third vehicle was involved, Tiverton Police are asking residents for help.
The is seeking residents' help in finding another motorist connected to a that killed a 74-year-old man.
According to police, surveillance video from a local business in the area where the crash occurred shows involvement of a third vehicle, the make and model of which police have not yet identified.
Police released photographs ripped from the surveillance tapes late on Friday afternoon. The images - though blurry and stamped with an incorrect time - feature a white-haired man in a pink button-up shirt and khaki shorts.

"The accident remains under investigation and we are exploring the possibility that a third vehicle may have been involved in an accident," said Lt. Patrick Jones in an interview on Friday shortly before his department released photographs of the person on interest. "We are asking any witnesses or anyone who was on scene during the accident to contact the Tiverton Police Department."
Raymond Joubert, 74, formerly of 15 Bayview Ave., Tiverton, was driving his 1995 Suzuki motorcycle southbound on Main Road near when it entered the northbound travel lane and collided with a 2010 Toyota Venza driven by Kari Peckham, also of Tiverton. The motorcycle slid under the front Peckham’s car causing extensive injuries to Joubert.

No charges have been filed against Peckham. Police have also not indicated the level of involvement of the third vehicle that they are seeking.
Officer Aaron Kay and Det. Dan Martin are leading the investigation. Police are asking that the individual or anyone with information regarding the individual to contact investigating officers at 401-625-1717.
