Two Men Arrested for Failing to Answer Underage Drinking Charges at Municipal Court

In separate incidents, Middletown police reported the two 19-year-old Portsmouth men turned themselves in at police headquarters Tuesday night.

Middletown police on Tuesday arrested two 19-year-old Portsmouth men for failing to appear for scheduled Municipal Court hearings to answer underage drinking charges.  

Bryan J. Leary, of 63 Clear View Drive, Portsmouth, was arrested Tuesday around 8:30 pm after turning himself in at Middletown Police headquarters for allegedly failing to report to Municipal Court for a citation he received March 18, 2010 in violation of the town alcohol laws, according to police reports.

In an unrelated case, Paul M. Wynn, 19, of 35 Lehigh Terrace, Portsmouth, turned himself in the Middletown police around 6:20 pm,  in response to an arrest warrant issued against him July 14, also for underage drinking charges, according to police reports.
