Unofficial Results: Portsmouth

The police station bond passed, and Portsmouth has a new Town Clerk, if the results are upheld.

PORTSMOUTH, RI – The unofficial results from the Town Clerk indicate the residents have approved issuing bonds for a new police station.

Portsmouth approved all the ballot questions, but the Affordable Housing bonds passed by only one vote.

Also, Town Clerk Joanne Mower appears to have lost her election bid to Jennifer West.
