Vicious Dog Hearing Postponed

According to a police report, a Corgi dog bit a 7-year-old girl from Middletown during a cookout on July 18 in Portsmouth.
The child was bit in her calf. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was treated for the puncture wound.

The dog's owner is a Tiverton resident.
The hearing's postponement date has not been announced. However, the hearing is expected to take place later this month.
Corgi dogs are small ranging in size from 10 to 13 inches long, and belong to the herding group of dogs. The dog has been a favorite with British royals for many decades. Queen Elizabeth II owns several Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs.
