Video: 'Little Sweethearts' Dance Night Away at Hathaway Elementary School

Dressed in bows and little dresses, more than 127 "little sweethearts" twirled their way through the Hathaway auditorium for an annual, adorable tradition Friday night.

The "My Little Sweetheart Dance," organized by the Hathaway Parents' Association (HPA), was held at . More than 127 families, including fathers, daughters, uncles and older brothers, attended the dance. 

The event featured a DJ, dancing and refreshments. Tickets to attend were $5 per family. Proceeds will benefit the HPA and cover costs associated with the dance.

Girls and their fathers (as well as uncles, brothers or cousins) also posed for pictures, which were taken by HPA volunteers. The photos will be framed and given to the Hathaway girls on Monday just in time for Valentine's Day.
