VIDEO: Reggae Rocks Newport Yachting Center
The Newport Yacht Center played host to crowds of reggae fans on Saturday for Newport's second annual waterfront reggae festival.
Reggae fans from all over poured into the on Saturday to listen, sing and dance to performances by some of reggae's premiere artists.
Among the bands was New England’s own Soulshot, who kicked off Newport’s second annual festival with a free performance in front of the yachting center.
Once the show opened the pavement turned into a dance floor with nonstop performances by The Itals, Bushman, The Skatalites, Yellowman and Grammy-winner Michael Rose.
