Dragon Lily Tattoo, located at 3380 East Main Road, has just been voted "Best Tattoo Parlor in Rhode Island" by The Providence Phoenix.
Known for "cover-ups" and customer service, Dragon Lily Tattoo is a place to "decorate your temple," says Emily Hall, fan and customer.
