PROVIDENCE, RI — A teenager is dead after being shot in the chest in Providence Sunday — the boy's eighteenth birthday, according to multiple reports.

The shooting occurred on Rhodes Street Sunday afternoon, after which the teenager died at the hospital, according to WPRI.
