2 Arrested After Providence Court Cellblock 'Disturbance,' Police Say

The two men were charged with disorderly conduct, police said.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Two men were charged with disorderly conduct following a cellblock disturbance at Sixth Division District Court in Providence, police said.

Michael Drepaul, 44, and Alfredo Balestier Sanchez, 45, were arrested shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Drepaul and Balestier Sanchez, both residents of Woonsocket, were processed and arraigned in Sixth Division District Court, the release said.
