Providence Woman Charged With DUI: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence woman was charged with driving under the influence, police said.

Caitlyn Famulari, 29, was pulled over and arrested on Dean Street in Providence about 1:15 a.m. Sept. 2, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Famulari was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Famulari was processed at the Scituate Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and "released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date," according to police.
