Pawtucket Woman Charged With Possession of Fentanyl And DUI: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Pawtucket woman was charged with possession of fentanyl and driving under the influence, police said.

Naomi Ramsdell, 38, was pulled over and arrested on Moulton Lane in Providence shortly before 3 a.m. Thursday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Ramsdell was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical breath test, according to the release.

"Ramsdell was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court," the release said.
