Providence Man Wanted On Obstructing Charge Nabbed: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man wanted on a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty was apprehended, police said.

Daniel Poroj Lopez, 24, was pulled over on Hartford Avenue and arrested on a warrant shortly before midnight Sept. 17, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Poroj Lopez was processed at state police headquarters, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
