Providence Man Charges With Driving On Suspended License: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man was charged with driving on a suspended license, police said.

Alex Ortiz Alonzo, 23, was pulled over on Post Road in Warwick shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Ortiz Alonzo was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released with a notice to appear in court, according to police.
