First Lady Jill Biden To Visit Rhode Island College
Biden will also attend a campaign event for Gov. Dan McKee, who is seeking re-election in 2022.

PROVIDENCE, RI — First Lady Jill Biden is set to arrive in the Ocean State for a visit to Rhode Island College this afternoon, according to multiple news reports.
WPRI reports that Biden will land at T.F. Green Airport around 3 p.m., when she'll head to the Providence campus for a networking event with students who are interested in education careers while at Rhode Island College, according to a release from the White House.
Biden will also attend a campaign event for Gov. Dan McKee while in Rhode Island.

Ted Nesi, of WPRI, tweeted out a campaign flyer that advertises Biden's appearance, and also notes that Senators Jack Reed, Sheldon Whitehouse and a number of other movers and shakers will be in attendance.

WPRI and Roger Williams University recently published their October poll, which shows McKee with a 13 point lead over Republican challenger Ashely Kalus.
